Thought of the Week:   Reflective Practice is key to our work as leaders.  What have you learned this year about leadership? about yourself as a leader? What enhancements to your practice are you ready to make? What do you still need to learn more about?  Please consider these questions as you engage in your summer reading to ensure that the lens through which you approach your identified reading is clear.
